Pros

1) Great opportunities for career/skill growth. The CEO approves and pays for any request for training or education. He never says "No". 2) Great diversity and a lot of women in leadership positions 3) Good benefits 4) Interesting work 5) Stable and growing business model servicing Medical OEMs 6) Generous 401K matching 7) Good health options low, medium, and high deductible health plans. 8) Other good benefits like vision, dental, life insurance, disability, etc. 9) Good work/life balance. 10) Always ready to listen to ideas for innovation and efficiency

Cons

Difficult to find cons: -Unenforced dress code (however, a lot of people like this!) I read some negative reviews and don't understand them. Everyone is allowed to have opinions, but none provided any reasoning. In my experience, good employees are rewarded!
