Extremely busy and unorganized.

Pros

It is a Small company that offers paid vacation and a bunch of friendly people to work with. We are under new management so there are high hopes for great things to come.

Cons

Too little structure and so many processes to filter through to find out how to complete a task. There are too many round about ways of getting things completed and not too many people aren't overwhelmed so everyone is high stress.
