self centered management team would do anything to line pockets

The changing economic conditions has affected projections and results and there has been some changes at the top which has settled down now.

-Absolutely no room for growth -Included benefits are a joke -ZERO trust in its employees, management would spy on you through a webcam if they could -The only thing this company values is how much of their product they can sling by undercutting all competition be any means necessary -Make no mistake, this is not an engineering company: It is a sales company that treats engineering as an afterthought. Benefits and pay raise/bonus structure is lacking.

Company was bought out by Quickrete. Quickrete switched to an older platform (software and hardware) that is way outdated, provided less benefits for more money, cut the work force down by a third. Very aggressive takeover, workers are now overworked due to lack of resources and modern day tools.

- Health insurance costs are higher than some companies but competitive salaries make up for that.

Company is growing fast, still developing a path for the future, but leadership always listens to input.

During my tenure, the company ownership was a revolving door of holding companies. There seemed to be a different management team every two years, so regardless of what management said, the rank and file simply continued to do whatever they wanted because they knew the "new" team would be gone before they ever figured out that they were being ignored. Also, as is often the case with large organizations, upper management made decisions from "on high" that seemed pretty comical (or frustrating, depending on the day) to the folks who had to implement them on the grassroots level. It seemed that the mid to upper managers were very good at preening and posturing, but hopelessly inept at anything other than justifying their existence with endless busywork.

Good execution of both productivity with balance of safety and quality focus.
