Pros

Working with Contech has been great in their management team. The company is looking to expand and is very open to suggestions from all levels of the company. Also, being a part of American Manufacturing is important as well

Cons

Pay is a little low for like work, sometimes feels that there are too many initiatives going on to proper focus on, nurture, and cultivate single ideas/projects

Great employees (if there are any left)

Cons

Yet another round of job cuts last month, how many more times will senior management do this before they realize they have decimated what once was a great company? Morale is awful, everyone is looking over their shoulders wondering what will happen next and nobody has trust in the executive team.
