Poor salary Weak leadership Negligible bonus Senior Management more interested in spending most of the day looking at cars to lease than being of use to staff Old boy leadership committee who are mostly in that position due to be friends with the CEO Poor sales Lack of internal communication People in positions that they are not qualified to be in or have simply been at the company too long and become stale Young members of staff do the vast amount of work whilst the old ones do little to nothing.
