Terrific company with a culture where teamwork is valued and "everyone works." Open communications and no "I'm better than you" management styles.

Cons

Strategy has morphed multiple times. Expansion then contraction and in and out of markets. Stability would be valued.

Pros

Benefits are good, except for time off, which you're lucky to get or take. It's a 45 hour week not including lunch, most people are there 50 to 60. This is the Stone Age and you sell your soul for the guy making all the money.

Cons

Everything A little company acting like a big one Hours, attitude, so security as the company lives by contracts and you have little chance of being there long after sacrificing your family for the time you are there.
