      Pros

      Company had talented people but processes prevent success.

      Cons

      Don't take care of those deserving it. Executives are paid over 200k while the people working the hours and sacrificing family time do not get rewarded. Bonus plan is a joke. Safety is not even the first priority since new Chief Administration officer took over who knows nothing about construction yet is the CEO's main man.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Very smart people employed there. Location and parking is very good. Well maintained building. Clean. Close to highway.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment. They terminate people without cause all the time. No loyalty to the employees. They label people "high potential" and only those people get opportunities or good projects. Usually waste time on wrong employees. Very long work hours. You're expected to work a 9 hour day, exclusive of lunch, but are only compensated for a 40 hour week. No work-life balance. Interview process excessive and too lengthy.

      Pros

      Conti did have some very good people I enjoyed working with. They have an excellent benefits plan as well. Room for advancement if you do not mind a lot of travel

      Cons

      conti has a an office politics problem. If you are not in certain clicks it can be very difficult. Upper management is always looking for someone to blame if something goes wrong. Lots of finger pointing. They have attempted to become more corporate but employees are bogged down with endless meetings. Conti does not adhere to its own mission statement.
