Continental is the best property management company I’ve ever worked for in the 11 years I’ve been doing this. As such a large corporation, it can be easy to make decisions on a whim. Continental takes their time to decide what is best for the employees, and the business. They really value their employees and it shows. There is a reason it has been named a top place to work for years in a row. From summer days (4 half days off paid) pto, healthcare, and just being able to take ownership of your property. I acknowledge the challenges on a site level and continentals high level of emotional intelligence makes it comfortable to work there. The leadership team is incredibly supportive and they value feedback and they give you a “why” behind the “what” if you ask. There are many longstanding employees there that are also extremely kind and helpful. Although I am moving on, it is merely because I am wanting to do something different but I would recommend Continental in a heartbeat to anyone in the multifamily industry or thinking of getting into it.
