Pros

Every day is a little different. You get a small commission on if you toured the prospect and they deicide to apply and move in. Its a nice office to work in. 401K and health benefits.

Cons

Required to work every other weekend. There are only two or three people in the office, so getting shifts covered is nearly impossible. I don't believe the compensation is worth the amount of work. They make it difficult to move up in the company/get promoted from within.

Team members are great and supportive.

Upper management is to controlling of teams and does not given any freedom for the middle managers to make decisions.
