Pros

I have been at Continental for a few months, and I have nothing but good things to say. The onboarding process was seamless, very well organized, and management all reached out to me to welcome me to the team. Some companies say they care about their employees and don't, but I can already tell that Continental genuinely does care. They invest in their talent and want to see people move up through the company. I also appreciate that you know exactly what is expected of you & you have very measurable KPIs and marks you have to hit, which makes things so much easier when you are new, instead of some nebulous unmeasured goals.

Cons

The vacation time is lacking for your first year, especially since I had 17 days of PTO at my last place and was salaried. It's hard to go from that to 0 days and to hourly and you have to accrue the PTO as well. I also wish there was a more structured lunch time stated in our handbook, I'm not sure how much we get.
