Continental appreciates and rewards all of their employee’s hard work. Employees are seen as leaders, and are empowered in their roles. Managers train their employees and set them up for success! Open to new technology and advancements to help aid all departments.

Cons

Employees work all over the U.S., so you can't always put a face to a name.

Just a wonderful team culture. I'm new and everyone made me feel welcome and supported. I really enjoy going to work. Everyone is super accessible. The culture makes you want to work harder. I enjoy it here.

Pros

When the people at Continental say they work had, that is an understatement. I have never met such hardworking yet down-to-earth people as I have at this organization. Also, fast-paced is definitely something they really mean when they say it. Great leadership, opportunities for growth and constantly given new challenges that make you utilize every skill set that you may have.

Cons

The interview process is quite rigorous but once you make it through it will be worth it. Continental prides themselves in having the highest quality and hardest working employees around so if you are not ready to be pushed to your limits everyday Continental may not be for you.
