Rental discount, that's literally it.

Cons

Horrible management, promoting brown nosers, lost 9 out of 12 of the office staff in AZ in like 2 months due to people quitting. No work life balance. Even when you're doing good it's never enough and the VIP of AZ is so out of touch and condescending.
