Pros

Good Pay Good benefits Always Hiring It is a job that pays people money.

Cons

Always Hiring 24//7 coverage means employees with changing schedules are incredibly prone to burnout with little to no support from from higher ups. Management tries to work with employees but are given *extraordinarily* little lee-way. High turnover in help desk causes constant issues because of a refusal to have extra coverage. Higher ups are much more interested in keeping people quiet and subdued rather than genuinely improving the help desk's lives.
