Pros

Continental is a huge company and allows people to connect with colleagues around the world. They have a lot of resources and provide a lot of training and opportunities. Their benefits are decent, the work environment is lax enough to not cause constant stress, and peers are always willing to help.

Cons

The size can be a problem in the sense that it is impossible to know what location has x capabilities, experts in other fields, or who to contact in a global project. There is a lot of bureaucracy in processes of accomplishing what you would think are small tasks or project decisions. Management makes a lot of company-wide decisions with poor execution and communication.
