      Beware the Bureaucracy

      Pros

      Competitive salary and benefits; good onboarding process; many talented people; strong process orientation.

      Cons

      Highly matrixed organization in some segments and/or business units; lots of responsibility with a disproportionately low amount of authority. Senior managers have little flexibility regarding brining salary levels and skills of subordinates up to par. Decision making is pushed up, not down.

      As a whole the company is great to work for

      Pros

      Good work life balance. PTO to start is fabulous. They also have a lot of programs to offer and really want to help their employees through the good and the bad.

      Cons

      Puts too much faith in college grads. Overlooks real talent for just any degree. Some managers micromanage and take all credit. But that's a few bad apples amongst a great team of managers.
