My TL was very understanding and my working hours were flexible soo i can go to school. I received promotion during the internship and immediately after i got my diploma i got the full time contract.

Cons

No big cons. I like to thing i got lucky working with some great people.

I learned many things here: software testing, testing methods, hardware testing etc Nice opportunity to travel with work in Germany and see future cars. Crazy Team Buildings and grate life balance. Salary rise as your performance do, so that everybody has the chance to prove himself.

Cons

Not so important. Work is work so do your job well.
