- a big player in the automotive industry, which means you get to work in interesting commercial projects - multinational corporation means that you get to know and work with people from all over the world and be part of distributed teams -you get to work with state of the art tools and technologies as the market demands -strong corporate culture -flexible working hours within the core time, work life balance -teamwork and cooperation in the project lead to strong work relationships -performance-based remuneration -trainings/acquiring new skills -benefits

Cons

-the experience of working there can vary greatly between business units -employees are asked for feedback but that feedback does not always materialise into real measures -sometimes the managers cannot understand the needs and grievances of the employees -the staffing shortages on the older projects that are out of focus can put a strain on the team members -sometimes there is not enough time for proper training and people have to learn on the go while working
