      Pros

      Over time because they're short staffed A LOT, literally to the point you'll be working an entire busy unit by yourself.

      Cons

      Short staffed, pay is horrible, benefits, work load, communication, backstabbing. Be prepared to be fired for ANY MADE UP REASON to be replaced by cheaper inexperienced employees

      There are no pros for this company

      Constantly over worked Management favors certain people Understaffed yet still expected for one person to do the work of four If the management does not like you they will do their best to to get you to quit or find a reason to fire you. HR is no help if you have a concern but they don't like you then nothing is done Your co workers are you biggest enemy Makes certain rules for certain employees to follow but if the manager likes you then you don't have to follow them
