Flexible schedule, some down time, nice based customers, tips available.

Cons

The single worst management team I've ever encountered. Toxic leadership, blatant favoritism, unfair practices, zero ability to promote within, Smyrna location could not care less about JWN location, no raises, no potential for raises.

Your paychecks clear. If you're not looking to advance this is the job for you. You'll most likely get away with murder as long as you show up on time or close

Cons

Poor communication from upper management. Job titles and descriptions aren't clear. Pay scales aren't consistent. Taking initiative, means taking on another task with no appreciation. At some points people hadn't had raises in 10+ years. Human resources is joke, if you turn in an application the manager might see it a month later. If you finally get tired of doing the work of three people and say something about it, you will be terminated. Favoritism is condoned, if you aren't a part of the club you won't move up.

EVERYTHING!!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE LIE !! THEY TOTALLY 💯 SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED BY THE FAA !! BUT THEY WONT BE , BECAUSE THE SHADY US GOVERNMENT PAYS THEIR SALARY!! They are unsafe, unethical, untrained, unaware, uncoordinated, uncool, and uncomfortable to work for ! WORK HERE THEN LEAVE IF YOU HAVE TO ! I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME !! This place is a good honest flight attendant’s nightmare!! Please pray that FAA goes after them -
