Management will frequently pressure you to violate FAR’s and to fly un-airworthy aircraft. They do not put safety first, their schedule comes first. Management frequently lies about your scheduled duty day, double dips on the allocated asset related to the government contract. ERJ fleet are a maintenance nightmare, continually breaking down. Any positive comments that were placed here are by management. Management has a condescending and tyrannical attitude towards their subordinates, they think they own you! Worst communications that I’ve ever experienced in a so called professional environment. Worst company I’ve ever worked for, just a matter of time before they bury an aircraft full of passengers. Avoid this company at all cost!!!

Only concerned with the "airline" portion of the company. All other departments are an afterthought. The people making financial decisions have no clue about the aviation business. Does not follow through on promises made to employees regarding raises and other compensation. Too many VP's that do nothing and think they are better than everyone else. Do not promote from within.
