Fellow employees were nice to work with.

Cons

Only concerned with the "airline" portion of the company. All other departments are an afterthought. The people making financial decisions have no clue about the aviation business. Does not follow through on promises made to employees regarding raises and other compensation. Too many VP's that do nothing and think they are better than everyone else. Do not promote from within.

Pros

It’s a dysfunctional family environment. The only ones who have something positive to say are the ones who perpetually kiss up to management. Believe management is clueless.

Cons

Treat the employees poorly, blatantly lie and deceive them about positions and then change the duties and expectations once you are hired.
