Pros

The pay was decent, but I never received a raise after constantly being overworked.

Cons

I was laid off due to the Coronavirus right before 3/24/20 which was obviously intentional. My health insurance was even terminated immediately during the start of a pandemic! Everyone is aware of how unaffordable Cobra is. Apparently, they don’t have to rehire me or anyone that was laid off right before 3/24 with the airline relief package or small business loan since it was right before 3/24. This is completely unethical. Also, upper management is mainly unapproachable and standoffish.

Communication is Fair but Improving. Facilities for Maintenance are Fair. Bathrooms are Fair.

Pros

One of the biggest pros is at the outstation when there is no work to do, then you are free to do whatever and wherever you want.

Cons

When there is work to do it is nonstop until the plane is flying, even if that means 3 hours at home out of 3 days.
