Poor management team, they do not care as long as they are getting their salary. So why pay our employees anything to be able to take care of their household. You will not go anywhere with this company. It is a DEAD END company and about. So if you want to be able to live. Stay away from CFM aka Contour Airlines. They take advantage of their employees and expect you to respect them. No one seems to do their job well ( A few actually work ) ... Will not be surprised if we all woke up and the BNA location was closed. Which is about to happen soon because CFM does not have the manpower nor air crafts to uphold the 5 other airlines bidding for the route we currently manage. People quit here with the first month or few wks.
