Small company.. crews become close.

Cons

Management is terrible. Company is all over the place. Short staffed, favoritism, they make up rules as they go. Unsafe aircraft. Always working us, asking us to come in even on off days. Pay should be so much better. Abuse!

Cons

They treat everyone like a number and planes are old with lots of maintenance problems. Terrible communication and act like they can just do what they want with you.
