Pros

If you work hard and build a reputation for yourself, you are rewarded. It took a long time to but I've carved out my own assistance and I like working here a lot. My Manager is tops!!!

Cons

We belong to a union that is useless except when it comes to keeping bad employees employed. We pay entirely too much for benefits, do not get State Disability Insurance and are paid below market for our job titles.

Simple work, weekly pay (from staffing agency)

Cons

Very fast pace, you have to learn quick or you will be behind. Some times we'd have to go home early because there was no more work to do.
