You get what you need to do your job in terms of training or supplies. Nice office environment.

Cons

Managers did not understand how to manage a department or business. They lacked the skills to provide leadership. Managers started and participated in gossip.

Pros

FP based program. Bernie Sanders bumper stickers in parking lot.

Cons

Little to no respect for physicians, especially primary care. Nursing occupies top 90% of management positions and enforce maddening regulatory policies (no bottled water at your desk!) Low pay. Lots of unpaid OT. No new contract in sight after 2 years (took 4 years last time), They save money by endlessly prolonging negotiations.
