Good benefits, upward movement after probation.

Cons

Hard to pass probation. Hire based on their needs you are nothing but a number and if they need to cut numbers before probation ends they will.

Benefit package is not comparable to other Bay Area Government Agency's. It has become a great place to start your career, gain the experience needed to succeed elsewhere
