Pros

There are no pros the board of supervisors have taken them all. CC County is one of the lowest paid in NorCal even lower than San Joaquin County

Cons

It's all in who you suck up to, they could careless about your skills. Union jobs are for those that can't keep a job and know they won't/can't get fired. The WHOLE SYSTEM of hiring/firing, board of supervisors, and biding process needs to be changed.

So many procedures the department is antiquated. Working environment could be cleaner.
