Pros

All in all great people to work with with an opportunity for growth and some training. A healthy work environment, holidays and vacation were great, competitive wages.

Cons

Some members of management left much to be desired, many were great but there was some toxicity. I understand that manager has since left.

competitive pay great people poor management. Always enjoyed the sales contests and incentives run monthly large inventory to sell from and attain sales goals

Cons

poor middle management high turnover of decent sales people old boys club mentality. If you had been there during the shortages back in 2000 then u missed the boat.
