Poor salary for the amount of work and stress you have to deal with, The management was very poor, my manager being the worst of them all. No compassion or understanding for anything and caused extreme impact to my physical and mental health through personal attacks, regular bullying and lack of support. Have now had to get help with my anxiety and stress from this nightmare of a company. No social side to the job, everybody kept to themselves and couldn't build relationships with anybody, it's like they were all robots. Way too much work load and no work life balance at all.

We are consistently looking at our remuneration and our benefits to make sure that we are competitive, and will continue to do so moving forward. We have recently delivered a training programme on mental health in the workplace and have established mental health ambassadors to provide additional guidance to all employees. I have noted down your concerns and comments about management which I will feed back for further exploration.
