Leadership is unethical. HR is malicious and incompetent. Woke first unless it comes to paying women the same as men they are outperforming. If the company product actually did was it is supposed to then the company would have taken off but this AI sales company can’t sell anything… instead the CEO and HR run anyone that try to actually make change, out of the company and coddles the inner circle that rests on the status quo. Unethical CEO has a track record of running his companies to the ground with high turnover so he can get a payday once the company fire sells… at the expense of the employees that actually put in the work and were fired because of the bad decisions of the CEO. This company loves to have you start early as a “contractor” so they don’t have to pay you.
