Pros

Good base salary - but so what? If you can't make your number who cares about your base salary. Your happiness will suffer and you'll constantly feel the stress of being put on plan and being fired. The work/life balance is good because no one is checking on what you're doing, which also means you get zero support and guidance to becoming successful (if that's even possible).

Cons

ABSOLUTELY ZERO LEADERSHIP - from the top down. No differentiation in their product offering, compared to other solutions Their idea around 'Next Generation Chat' is not ready for sale. Go try it for yourself on their website. Ask some off topic questions and see how it behaves. Very difficult to differentiate the value of Conversica products over other products most potential customers already own.

We value all employee feedback (current and former) and encourage you to share more detail with our People Team if you are open to it. Sales for emerging and disruptive technologies can be hard, especially when you're fighting the status quo. We understand that Conversica's growth path is not for everyone as well. We wish you the best.

Pros

Wonderful coworkers, best team I was ever a part of. When you are getting paid, the salary was great/competitive. Reasonably good benefits.

Cons

Unclear mission statements, absolutely no communication on system updates/changes, poor financial choices, ability to hire directors but willing to layoff 20% of their company without question. They also furloughed the entire company and then still laid that many people off. Seems there is some really bad financial planning going on. Any reports of racism or discrimination just leads them to firing the employee, not addressing the issue. Really odd response from a company that claims they care about inclusion. The churn here is worse than at any other SaaS I ever worked for. Primarily stemming from working with really bad partners, refusing to work with customers directly, overloading the CSM team with way too many accounts.

Pros

- Amazing coworkers - Interesting product to sell and get behind - Room for advancement

Cons

- Below-average pay for the industry - Unlimited PTO is not in fact unlimited, seems dependent on your team and your performance - No dedicated paternity/maternity leave, need to use state resources for pay - Leaders always say they will deliver career paths (clear ones) but we have yet to see one that is consistent
