Newer management did not understand the nature of the business.

High sales pressure to sell and harass people to buy their crappy insurance. They hire new people every week then fire them all within weeks without paying them all that was promised. I worked there for 2 weeks and they only paid me $150 total even though I was promised to make a guaranteed $300 per week.
