Pay is NOT worth the consistent barrage of monotonous work that needs to be done. ALWAYS critiqued for Q&A, variances, adherence when the demise of this company is coming from above. They have lost CVS & last year UHC. Multibillion-dollar companies! Training is horrendous and network and equipment is ancient. Most of the software acquired or developed has been done by second rate programmers. I see absolutely no future at this place or them existing for much longer.

They work you hard. No annual raises for any of the employees. Yet the directors and executives get profit sharing bonuses that they don’t share with the lower employees that get no annual raises. The same directors and executives use the company’s money to pay for company paid all expensive paid trips to exotic locations eche year. They call them “Team building exercises”. What BS.
