The people! Hands down some of the best people I've ever worked with, at all levels in the organization. Being Deaf owned makes a huge difference in the passion and commitment to the mission. Great benefits, highly diverse teams, and taking time recognize and say thank you to the success of many different people and efforts/results, or even just doing a great job interpreting on a team call. Celebrating and showing appreciation is overlooked at so many companies!

Sometimes moves too fast on things, but this is getting better!

I truly feel respected and given opportunities at Convo. This is a place that always tries to do better & get to the next level of being able to support our community.

Cons

Like any job, there will be tough days -- a multi-national corporation will have growing pains, but we use the tough moments to support each other, learn from our mistakes, and thrive the next day.
