fired me within a year because they decided my position was not relevant anymore. High turnover rate

Self care is encouraged and numbers aren’t a priority. Lots of autonomy.

Cons

When staffing is low and call volume is high it can be easy to feel overwhelmed. Managers are remote and it’s hard to feel a connection when you are not in person.

We could not agree more that it's tough to make connections virtually when managers, leaders, interpreters and our admin staff are predominately remote.
