Pros

Has potential. Some deaf employees.

Cons

Job security. They will let you go to pay for someone with a higher salaried position. They have deaf employees and the “face” of convo is deaf but most of the directors are hearing which defeats the company’s “deaf run biz” motto.

Pros

Health benefits. That is the only one. Whether working for this company is worth the benefits is a big question.

Cons

Wages are cut, they do not support interpreters, money making at the top and shaving off the bottom. hostile environment now, developed over time, ops teams is Deaf and Interpreters are hearing.. huge division between the two. No support from upper management. My call center has 6 different CCMs in 3 years or so.
