The amount of micromanagement made them look like control freaks!

Remote or hybrid work exist, but it does little to relieve the constant pressure and stress of the job.

Cons

Micromanagement here is suffocating and relentless. Every action is watched as if under constant suspicion, leaving no room for trust or independence. The high employee turnover is staggering but feels inevitable in such an oppressive environment.
