      A strong community even though many folks are remote, a positive and collaborative culture, the flexibility and trust I need to do my best work, opportunities to work cross-functionally with other teams

      Pros

      Convoso has an incredible company culture. You are welcomed with warmth, love, and kindness. Everyone is extremely supportive and the company has a strong culture of acknowledging others and the work they do. Since I joined we grew from around 80 employees to over 200 and the growth at the company has been astronomical. What an amazing experience working for a company that truly cares about its employees.

      Cons

      Convoso acts at a very fast pace with their startup mentality which can make work a bit overwhelming at times but it is also a strong reason why they have achieved the growth that they have.
