Honestly, the health insurance kicked in pretty quick. That's... about it.
Cons
I came here thinking I'd actually learn something and move up, but it's just the same work year after year with no path forward and nobody who seems to care wether you develop skills or not. You can ask about training or mentorship or what advancement looks like, which honestly gets old, and the answers is always some vague thing about "opportunities" that never actually materialize. I watched people around me also stagnate, watched them eventually leave, and nobody replaced that institutional knowledge or actually invested in anyone's future. The company just kind of expects you to figure it out yourself or stay stuck. I'm not bitter about work being work, but staying somewhere this stagnant when you're trying to actually get better at something? That wears you down.
