      So close to greatness, yet so far away

      Pros

      The company highly values culture fit, ensuring that all of your coworkers are pleasant to work with. Has all of the usual startup amenities. Work-life balance is acceptable. I was genuinely happy working there for a while.

      Cons

      Insane amount of employee turnover. Leadership only cares about your opinion if it lines up with their arbitrary whims. Too much red tape when exploring new ideas. Problems are addressed but solutions are nowhere to be found. Tech stack is a bit out of date. It is not uncommon to witness members of leadership literally yelling at each other in disagreement. There isn't much positive feedback on your work, mostly negative. Promises are made but not kept.

      As with any company going through growing pains, we have had our share of them the past couple of years and while we strive for perfection when it comes to every aspect of the company we have our ups and downs like everyone else. We appreciate your feedback. We listen to constructive criticism and are actively working on building our culture. We are trying to build a culture that embraces employee's contributions to our success in the marketplace.

      Pros

      Chill environment, nice coworkers, free parking.

      Cons

      Leadership is incredibly unprofessional and immature. No clear path for growth. Very negative energy throughout the company and everyone is jaded. Too much nepotism at the top, most are not fit for their roles. Ample turnover and low pay per market value.

      Incredible learning experience

      Pros

      There is a never ending fountain of knowledge, your skills never go stale at this place and you get to work with many parts of the system. Free food, snacks, coffee, beautiful office and overall nice to work at.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can get overwhelming by how big this project is, although the team is always there to support you if you need help. gained some wight due to all the snacks ;)
