      Good for experience, bad for most other things

      Pros

      Small company, got to gain experience in many different areas. Got to work on projects that normally assistant-level roles would not get to work on. Really liked my coworkers.

      Cons

      Extremely overworked, revolving door of staff, unclear leadership direction, not necessarily a friendly/inviting workplace. Tensions were always high.

      Pros

      The management team has been very helpful and is always willing to listen. The culture promotes communication both positive and negative. They make an effort for a fun and productive work environment.
