I've been disappointed with the leadership's lack of direction. They make plans without considering scalability, and our product is riddled with issues, which are often addressed with temporary fixes instead of long-term solutions. This company is different from any fast-growing SaaS company you might know, as it lacks strategic planning, effective communication, and seems to operate in a backwards manner. Most employees work reactively, struggle with prioritization, and appear unmotivated to find more efficient ways to work. I've never experienced anything quite like this before. The limited 15 days of PTO is also disappointing... If you're someone who values creating efficient processes and strives for improvement, this place may not be the right fit for you. In hindsight, I wish I had paid closer attention to the negative reviews before joining.
