Pros

If it weren't for the awful leadership, Convoso wouldn't have been that horrible a company to work for.

Cons

Employees are constantly leaving due to how toxic and hostile the leadership is. They treat employees like garbage, constantly making unreasonable demands without caring about their well-being. They show no appreciation for anyone's hard work, much less reward them for it, but if you fall short of their expectations, but are quick to yell and berate you as soon as you fall short of their expectations.

Pros

Ok pay Remote work possible

Cons

Employee verbal abuse is the norm, fights in the office, zero accountability for management/leadership in employee treatment Zero help from HR, they will cover up anything that may harm the company HORRIBLE management and leadership team that will micromanage you to death and blame you for their mistakes Constant pivots that leave employees flailing and unable to complete their projects that they are then blamed for Overtime is expected and needed to complete work, zero work life balance

Pros

There are smart, hardworking people here who care about what they do. If you take initiative, there’s room to learn and wear a lot of hats. Some teams are collaborative and supportive, and the company is small enough that your work can have visibility and impact.

Cons

Workloads can be intense, and expectations aren’t always clearly communicated. Strategies are often set but not consistently followed through, which can lead to confusion or misalignment. Processes are still developing, and priorities can shift without much notice. Compensation has not always kept pace with increased responsibilities or market rates, which can impact retention and morale.
