      Pros

      Great co-workers, Always welcoming. Friendly Place with Friendly people..Their Benefit Manager is Awesome.

      Cons

      Pay is average to low end. Favoritism is obvious. Everyone knows everyone. Things get overlooked that definitely shouldn't be; policy and procedures are broken alot. Why? Upper Management (Supervisors) positions are held by people that have been there for years, promoted; Friends. Difficult situation?
