Pros

It’s up to the manager you’re under. Work is consistent and fair. There’s enough staff if everyone works as a team.

Cons

No job raises right now Information is in silos in each department. There’s a lot of wasted resources to compile the same information. There’s a lot of self training.

Pros

Great coworkers. HR is great and responsive. So many good people to work with across departments and most work well together. Directors/Managers work really hard to show appreciation and keep moral up.

Cons

Administration is out of touch with the struggles of the lower wage employees. Raises are minimal. Some environments can be toxic. Spouses can no longer be on your health insurance which was a huge hit for the working class employees. Admin and upper level paid employees were not affected as much by this decision.
