      Pros

      profit sharing. 3% a year. Salaries a little better than minimum wage.

      Cons

      Only bare minimum holidays (6 total). 2 weeks vacation for the first several years and no sick time allowance. You must use vacation for sickness, Dr. appts or any reason away from work. This causes people to come in to work sick and infect the whole department. Even salaried professionals must adhere to shift work type schedule.

      Allows Spouses at annual meeting. Good entry level for meds

      Cons

      Poor product offerings. Worst training in the industry. Old boys network that prevents progress. Makes excuses for market share. May try to blame reps for poor product performance . incomplete product line
