      Cook Canton is a toxic work environment. Leadership leads by threatening and bullying workers into doing what they want. In Canton there is no way to advance your career because the higher up jobs have been filled by the same people for years and they aren’t retiring anytime soon. There are simply no positions available which allow you to advance. You will hire in as an assembler and be stuck there for the entirety of your career. You will make the same pay as everyone else no matter how many departments you learn or how much more responsibility you take on.
