Pros
Good way to break into medical device sales. Excellent benefits, nice auto package, expense account. Most of the Regional Managers are pretty good and fairly laid back.
Cons
Very low pay, micro managed, not much of an opportunity to earn bonus. Cook does not recognize the word commission therefore in their eyes they pay you what they think is a good salary. It is a good salary if and only if you have the opportunity to earn significant Commission which you do not. Their idea bonus is a pultry sum and even when you hit it out of the park there is no superior pay for superior performance.
