Good health insurance, clean facility.

Cons

The culture is oppressive and controlling. In my area I was timed when I went to the restroom, or when I was in the gowning room. Management played favorites and made that clear. Testified persecution with public embarrassment to immigrants. Immature people, cutthroat culture, disorganization on the part of management, low pay for the type of work involved. I’m just waiting HR take me from this department. If not, I definitely will leave the company.

The people are generally nice and the company makes quality products. Employees are almost never laid off or fired, so job security is high. Benefits are solid.

Cons

Stagnation. There's a culture of complacency and caution that makes it very difficult to advance new ideas. If you're looking for a place to put in your 8 hours/day and not really be challenged, this is the place for you. But if you're ambitious and have ideas, look elsewhere.
